2. Are your pins officially licensed by Disney?
No, our pins are not officially licensed by Disney. They are handmade and designed by independent artists who are fans of Disney characters.
3. How are your pins made?
Our pins are made with great attention to detail. They are created using metal and a combination of enamel, screen printing techniques, glitter accents, and custom back stamps. Each pin is carefully crafted to capture the essence of the character it represents.
4. Are your pins limited edition?
Yes, many of our pins are limited editions. This means that once they are sold out, they will not be restocked. We strive to create unique and exclusive designs for our customers.
5. Can I trade or sell your pins?
Yes, you are free to trade or sell our pins. However, please note that our pins are not official Disney merchandise and should be treated as fan-made collectibles. They are not tradable in any of the Disney theme parks.

We do not accept returns however we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your pins, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you with any concerns or issues you may be having.

10. How Do Pre-sales work?
Pre-sales are listings for pins that are currently in production. The time frame for pins that are in production can vary anywhere between 4 to 20 weeks depending on the stage the pins are in. Pins that are on pre-sale ship once they arrive from the manufacturer. Pre-sale pins must be paid in full to guarantee your spot. All pre-sale pins are guaranteed an A grade pin.
