Shipping policy

We’re so excited to get your order packed and on its way to you! Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing unless otherwise noted. Once your package ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

Please keep in mind that shipping times can vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, or high order volume. Once packages are handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is unfortunately out of our control.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we are unable to replace orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier to file a claim. While we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once shipped, we’ll always do our best to help however we can.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes required by their country.
